Distribution:

  • Flour and Semolina Mill: 1,749 m2.
  • Management, Changing room, Lodge and Laboratory: 1,650 m2.
  • Pasta production halls: 3,100 m2.
  • Packaging hall: 2,100 m2.
  • Finished products storeroom: 7,450 m2.
  • Supplies storeroom: 2,000 m2.
  • Offices, shed and transport unit: 550 m2.
  • The remaining area is used for amenities, workshops, pumps room, boilers, etc.
Production capacity

The dry pasta production capacity in 2003 was 80 tons per day. At the present time, after the incorporation of latest generation production lines, it was increased to 380 tons per day.
In its early stages, the flour mill had an output of 35 tons of wheat per day, and after successive expansions, it was increased to 200 tons per day, in addition to the 240 tons per day of the durum wheat semolina mill.
